1. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon written confirmation from LightVault Studio Rentals. We may request details about crew size, equipment, and intended use to ensure safety and fit.
2. Payments
Rates are posted in our catalog. Taxes and fees may apply. We may require a deposit to secure time slots. Outstanding balances are due before session start unless otherwise agreed.
3. Changes & Cancellations
Reschedules are subject to availability. Cancellations within 48 hours of start time may incur up to 50% of the booking total; within 24 hours may incur up to 100% to cover losses.
4. Studio Rules
- No smoking or open flames without prior written permission.
- Grip safety: sandbag any free-standing stand or boom.
- Protect floors and walls with provided mats and pads.
- Pets only with prior approval and a handler.
- Noise levels must respect neighbors and local ordinances.
5. Liability
Clients are responsible for the actions of their crew and guests. You agree to indemnify and hold LightVault harmless from claims arising from your use, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
6. Conduct
We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. Harassment or discrimination is not tolerated and may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
7. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement related to your booking with us. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. This agreement is governed by applicable local law.
